Return Policy
All sales are final. Returns are ONLY accepted if your item arrives broken or damaged. If the product is not damaged, no returns are allowed under any circumstances.
Damaged or Broken Items Only
Returns are ONLY accepted if your item arrives broken or damaged. We do not accept returns for items that are in perfect condition. All other sales are final.
What Qualifies for a Return
Returns are accepted ONLY if:
- The item arrives broken or damaged
- The damage is documented with photos
- The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery
Note: If the item is not broken or damaged, no returns are allowed under any circumstances.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Important: All Sales Are Final
All sales are final unless the product is received damaged or broken. We do not accept returns for change of mind, color mismatch, or any other reason. If you receive a damaged or broken item, contact us immediately at hotterthanevercosmetics@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
